PACKAGING
In conjunction with our powder coating services, we are able to fulfill virtually any of your packaging needs. Typical packaging can include plastic or tyvek shrink-wrap for enhanced shipping protection.
LABELLING
Powder Tech offers labeling to suit any specific customers needs. We will label using any colour and with any description you desire. We have a bar-code system in place to meet all of your automotive needs, using the AIAG Bar-Code System. Every label contains the part and lot numbers and quantity listed on each tag.
TESTING
All of your testing needs are completed by an accredited 3rd Party Laboratory; some of these tests can include:
• Impact testing
• Humidity testing
• Salt spray
• Pencil hardness
• Gasoline
• Bend / Stress testing
SHIPPING
Powder Tech will deliver any product to any location within the Canada and the contiguous 48 states. We have the ability to track our logistical transports at all times and receive incoming products 24 hours a day, 5 days per week.
